EDP OK
Congratulations to our Chair, Anne Funnell, who has had a letter published in the Eastern Daily Press today.
Anne's EDP letter commented on the recent demise of the Wensum Lodge Creative Writing Group, and at the same time drew attention to Norwich Writers' Circle.
The letter went on to highlight our new season ahead, which begins on 21st September with an Open Evening, so that any former Wensum Lodge writers looking for another group to attend were aware of what NWC has to offer.
To read Anne's published letter, please see below:

2010/11 Programme
We are proud to announce our 2010/11 programme.
Highlights of our new programme include visits from Taggart creator Glenn Chandler, travel writer Laurence Mitchell and children's author Paeony Lewis. We will also be welcoming back Lucy McCarraher and Jean Fullerton, both of whom proved immensely popular on their previous Circle visits.
The visiting writers in the year ahead will be giving talks, holding workshops and adjudicating our in-house competitions. We will also be holding our regular Manuscript Evenings, which give the oppourtunity for visitors and members to read their work aloud and hear feedback from our welcoming group.
Everyone is more than welcome to come along to our free Open Evening on 21st September - the first meeting of the new season.
Full programme details can be found at norwichwriters.org.uk.
We look forward to seeing you in September.
